Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At re:bloom Infusions, certain products may be available as one-time purchases or as recurring subscription orders. This policy explains how subscriptions and order cancellations are handled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize re:bloom InfusionsĀ to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency chosen during checkout (such as monthly or quarterly).

Your subscription will continue until canceled.

Some subscription products may qualify for discounted pricing through our Subscribe & Save program. We may occasionally update subscription pricing or discount amounts. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future subscription renewals.

You may manage, modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation emails or by contacting us at support@rebloominfusions.com.

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, any changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Order Cancellations

One-time orders and subscription orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding eligible returns and refunds.

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rebloominfusions.com and include your order number.

Pre-Orders and Try-Before-You-Buy Programs

re:bloom Infusions does not currently offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy programs. If these purchase options become available in the future, any applicable terms and cancellation policies will be clearly disclosed on the product page and at checkout.
