At re:bloom INFUSIONS, every kit is handcrafted with care and packed to order. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship our products.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We currently ship throughout the United States.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

3. Local Pickup (Jacksonville, FL)

  • Customers in Jacksonville, FL may select local pickup at checkout.

  • Pickup orders will be ready within 2 business days, and you’ll be notified by email when your order is available.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • re:bloom INFUSIONS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances once an order leaves our facility.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rebloominfusions.com , with your order number and photos if applicable.

5. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. (We’re working on expanding in the future!)

6. Eco-Friendly Shipping

  • We use sustainable and recyclable materials whenever possible to reduce environmental impact while ensuring your infusion kits arrive safely.
