re:bloom's story
re:bloom Infusions grew from two stories of rebuilding, renewal, and choosing a different path. Crystal and Kristen created this brand as a reminder that transformation can begin anywhere - even in a sip, a gathering, or a quiet moment. Every blend is crafted with intention, connection, and the belief that everyone holds the potential to grow again.
Kristen Johnson
I began my career as an elementary school teacher, a role I loved and poured into for 12 years. Teaching shaped the way I view community and connection; lessons that still influence the way I build, lead, and create today.
Becoming a mother came through fostering first. I spent a year as a foster parent before officially adopting my son, and that chapter changed me in every way. Teaching patience, resilience, and the importance of creating space for others to grow at their own pace. It was during that season that I felt myself shifting, ready for a new direction and a new way of supporting my family.
When I shifted careers into the small business sector, my first position was a hybrid client and customer liaison. My role in the company quickly blossomed as I was promoted to Finance Director. By developing experience in operations, financial planning, and brand development, that blend of structure, heart, and lived experience ultimately led me to co-found re:bloom Infusions with my closest friend and coworker, Crystal.
For me, re:bloom is an invitation to slow down. Whether it’s a cocktail with friends, a mocktail with your family, or a simmer pot warming the home, I believe there is beauty in the everyday rituals that help us reconnect with ourselves and with each other.
re:bloom is a new chapter, not just in business, but in life. It reflects second chances, personal growth, and the understanding that we all evolve. Building this brand with Crystal has shown me that the most meaningful moments are often the simplest ones: pausing, breathing, gathering, and letting ourselves bloom in our own time.

My journey is rooted in resilience, transformation, and second chances. After years of adversity, including incarceration and rebuilding my life from the ground up. I chose to step forward with purpose. Those experiences shaped my voice and my calling. Today, through public speaking, mentorship, and advocacy in prison reform, I work to inspire others to rise, rebuild, and claim their own new beginnings.
My transformation didn’t come in a single moment. It unfolded through small steps, difficult decisions, and the quiet work of rebuilding from within. Along the way, I learned grace, discipline, and the power of community. Those lessons guide how I show up today: with empathy, intention, and a commitment to creating space for others to grow in their own time.
My love for storytelling, creativity, and human connection eventually led me to co-found re:bloom Infusions, a brand built on renewal and the belief that everyone deserves room to grow again. Kristen and I lead re:bloom side by side, sharing the vision, the heart, and the work required to build something meaningful. Together, we shape the products, the experiences, and the systems that anchor our brand in purpose and possibility.
My story is about blooming after the storm, and I believe transformation is always within reach, even in a sip, a shared moment, or a gathering that reminds us we’re growing again.
